Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center
HMGS has a long, ongoing relationship with the convention hotel for Cold Wars. We've been monitoring the situation closely after Fall In! 2018 and are happy to report significant progress has been made on the renovations. The hotel has received a brand new Wyndham hotels franchise tag and everyone can look forward to a more comfortable stay for Cold Wars 2019. Here are some photos of the most recent changes. We are happy to report the bar and bar seating area is back!

NEW Photos from Feb 15th Visit

Not 100% finished, but NEW lighting, ceiling, carpet. Room fully available for Cold Wars
Needs new crown molding and new wall covering.

 New Elevator
The new elevator is in, inspected and running. The photo really wants to be sideways but the elevator is not. I'll admit I miss the big bump at the end when you get downstairs.

The new restaurant is done, the kitchen, however, is not finished yet. It's possible but not probably that the restaurant will be open by Cold Wars.

Lampeter Room
All new windows and new doors. No photos of the inside as there were materials staged in the room that will be moved out by Cold Wars.

Many of the storage containers have been moved out. They've consolidated and moved out materials that were taking up parking spaces. More containers will be gone by Cold Wars. Parking won't be 100% but will be vastly improved by Cold Wars.
 Entrance to the Building
The entrance to the building will be the same as the last few shows, through the doors into the Lampeter room. They are creating a new entrance with an additional elevator to the second floor and there is construction in the very front of the building where the old entrance doors were. There are accessibility ramps at both the new entrance and the old ramp to the right side of the building (facing it).
