If you believe you already have an account on our system, please use the following steps to recover your login credentials.
- If you think you know the email address under which your account is registered, in most cases that is your login id. Try to login with that email address and the password you believe is correct. If you do not know the email address associated with
your account, go to step 4.
- If you know the email address, but don't remember your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen. An email will be sent to the address on file with a password reset link.
- If you do not receive a password reset email it could be because:
- The email on file does not match the email address you entered.
- The email on file is "bouncing"; i.e., our system is getting a 'bounce notification' from your email service. In this case the system will not attempt to send emails to that address.
- The email on file is on the "complaints' list; i.e., our system has received a complaint - usually an 'abuse' complaint - has suspended any attempt to send email to that address (in this scenario, your account may also be "suspended".)

If you are a member of an affiliated HMGS organization ...
Our database is not linked to any other HMGS organization. We do not have your information unless you've previously attended one of our shows or registered as a Guest.
If you do have a record in our database, it will show a "membership expiration" date based on the last information provided to us by your chapter. If you wish to receive HMGS, Inc. Membership benefits you must have your chapter provide us proof of
your current membership expiration date.
