25 Years Young, Historicon Leaves Home!
It was a great yet very sentimental convention this time around. The silver anniversary of Historicon saw Director Bob Giglio and crew pull out all the stops with magnificent cakes, free beer and an absolutely astounding slate of presenters for the HMGS East War College. Yet there was more than a tear or two in many folks' eyes, knowing that this would be the last Historicon at the Lancaster Host Resort. Next year would see the con make a controversial move to the Baltimore Convention Center for at least two years, creating most of the buzz if you cared to listen.
Nevertheless, it was fun for everyone. Congrats to all. |

Let them eat cake (and drink beer, and . . .)!

Lots of theme games, from Austria to Spain, "Vive l'Empereur!"

Another top notch Flames of War tournament for all the WWII junkies out there.

While Scott Holder and party honchoed the ubiquitous (look it up) Ancients tournaments.
