HMGS EAST PHOTO GALLERY

HMGS East Historicon, July 2007, Lancaster, PA
Theme: The Wars of South Asia, 1800 - 2007

OK, folks . . .

Nothing special this time around for 2007. No special sections or emphasis on theme or a particular type of game. Just picture after picture of the world's best historical miniature's wargaming convention, the games and the people who made it all happen. And when you think about it, that's pretty special in itself. So sit back, relax and enjoy!

Well, maybe sorta special! This year Historicon saw HMGS East celebrate its 25th anniversary. The chapter, of which Historicon is the jewel in its crown, has been promoting the hobby for a quarter decade now. How time flies when you are truly having so much fun. Congrats to all.

As usual, Uncle Duke addes flair and panache to our convention theme - 70 years, WOW!

Obviously HMGS has a few civil engineers within its ranks.

Yes, Gnomes (don't ask).

Land, sea and air, something for everyone to include the ever popular Aerodrome.

Fire and Fury in "Indja" (no lie, really) and the American Civil War.

And in the Napoleonic Wars as well!

From Dave Bonk's 40 mm to Leipzig played with markers from the game Risk, this year
was truly amazing.
