2008 Board of Directors Election

Subject: HMGS East 2008 BoD Election
In accordance with the HMGS East By-Laws, we are currently conducting the annual HMGS East 2008 Election for three Board of Director seats. Your Chapter Election Committee for 2008 Consists of John Snead, Mitch Osborne and myself. We report to the BoD and the HMGS East Membership through the appointed representative for the BoD President, Mike Pierce.
We have now mailed all Election Ballots to current HMGS East members. They should reach everyone by 1 May 2007. IF you are sure your membership is current, and you have not received a ballot by 1 May, please contact me ASAP at jamescurtis04@yahoo.com or call me direct. I will work with Bill Rutherford to confirm your membership and mailing address.
Each Ballot has a unique member-voting control number on it, and therefore cannot be reproduced. Remember to personally sign the ballot so that your vote will count. HMGS East does not allow for Proxy voting.
Biographies of all candidates are included in the ballot mailing but may also be found on this Website.
